Carrot Banana cupcakes

For cakes

125 gr brown sugar
100 ml oil
2 large eggs
225 self-raising flour
1 tbsp baking powder
200 gr carrots
2 bananas
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp cinnamon

Beat sugar, oil and eggs to smooth mixture. Fold in flour, baking powder and spices.
Stir in carrots and squashed bananas.

Bake 20 minutes in oven on 170 celcius. Let cool down before adding icing.

For icing

200 gr cream cheese
100 gr icing sugar
15 gr vanilla flavoured sugar

Beat everything together and smear on cupcakes.
