Goulash

When fall sets in I always have the need to stuff my fridge with stews.

Last week I made a pretty good Goulash, additions for this one are a lot MORE peppers (red and yellow) than recipe describes, 6 carlic gloves, more than just a pinch of dried chilly peppers (Cayenne peper in Dutch), use stock instead of water and add a can of diced tomato’s without the juice… next to the standard ingredients of course. The meat came from the butcher instead of a supermarket which made a really big difference.
